Always stays away from family

Since past 11 years of my marriage, my husband always stays away from family due to his kind of work.

He is a project manager and will be deputed by the company wherever the work is going on under his jurisdiction.

Pls. help advise any SW/mantra which will help in getting his job settled here in Bangalore and he can be with us in Bangalore instead of staying with us only on Sundays and holidays.
