Co-operation in all areas of life

I am having a struggling relationship with my husband and in-laws, and have many misunderstandings between us.

Main reason is that my husband is having problem physically to give birth to a child, which was confirmed in a doctor report. He is not co-operating with me for anything (for treatment also).

After eight years of marriage, I am not happy with my married life. There is no second chance in marriage according to me.

I need remedy for:  he should co-operate with me in all areas of life and he should become healthy to live a happy married life.
